Static burnout furnace is use for plan casting jewelry. It has open type heating element which gives maximum heating into the chamber.
This type of furnace has 4 sides heating elements along with optional bottom heating elements also provide in necessary, which gives uniform heating into the chamber.
To saves electricity we used multiple layers of different grade of heating insulation for minimized heat lost.
Furnace has by default De-waxing tray as the bottom of the furnace which can easily remove out hot wax from the flask and this will help reducing carbon particle into chamber.
The control panel consist of touch screen LCD type PID which will have 5 programs of 16 steps with 99 Hrs. delay time facility. It also has safely temperature controller along with phase failure phase reversal, over voltage and under voltage protection.
